Thank you for your email. I'm glad to tell you something about my life. I have a healthy
lifestyle.
First, I have a healthy diet and I never miss breakfast. I usually have an egg, pieces of
vegetable pancakes and a cup of milk for breakfast. For lunch and supper, I often have rice,
meat and some vegetables. I like to drink milk. It's good for my health.
Second, I seldom stay up late at night. A good night's sleep gives me lots of energy for the
next day. So I go to bed early in the evening and get up early in the morning. I am always
full of energy.
Third, doing sports helps me stay healthy. I enjoy spending time jogging in the park. And I
play volleyball three times a week.
