Exercise is a great way to keep healthy.
Swimming is my favourite exercise.I go to the swimming pool twice a week,usually
on Friday evenings and Sunday mornings.Each time I swim for about 40 minutes.It's cool
and relaxing, especially in summer.Sometimes I swim with my best friend,and we cheer
for each other during the practice.
Swimming brings me many advantages.It makes my whole body stronger.After
swimming,I always feel refreshed and can focus better on my study.It also helps me
