Doing sport is a good way to keep fit. My favourite sport is volleyball.
I like playing volleyball because it’s interesting and exciting. And it can keep me fit and make me happy. Beside, I can play it with my classmates.We play many matches together. These matches build our team spirit and also encourage us to play better. I play it twice or three times a week. Sometimes, I play alone to practice my skills. But most of the time, I practise with my classmates after school. After playing badminton, I always feel relaxed and full of energy. It’s a great way to get rid of the stress from studying.
All in all, exercise shapes your mind and body. Let’s play volleyball together from now on.
