The rise of AI doctors is not like something from science fiction anymore. It’s really happening now. In
different parts of China, AI doctors are bringing big changes to the medical field.
Last year, Beijing Children’s Hospital brought in the country’s first AI pediatrician (儿科医生). An 8-year-old
boy had a sudden and serious illness. Thirteen top experts were trying hard to find the best treatment. At the same
time, the AI doctor came up with a treatment plan and it was like the human doctors’ thoughts.
In Shandong, a couple was very distressed when their child had a high fever. They decided to try DeepSeek
before going to the hospital. After putting in the description of the illness, the AI said it was probably a bacterial
infection (细菌感染 ) and suggested some medicine. When they went to the hospital, the doctor gave exactly the
same medicine.
Even in some villages of Jiangsu, AI doctors help patients know about their illnesses and make it easier for
disabled people to move around in the hospital.
All these examples show us two important things AI doctors can do. They can help top doctors make better
choices and they can also make healthcare easier for everyone in the country. However, AI doctors need to make
more improvements. As one doctor said, “AI doctors can give us ideas, but we still need the care given by humans.”

A. By listing many numbers. B. By telling a real story.

C. AI doctors are able to do everything for the patients.
D. AI doctors don’t need improvements any more.
14. Which is the right structure of the passage (①=Paragraph 1, ②=Paragraph 2,…)
A. B. C. D.
15. What is the passage mainly about
A. AI doctors are bringing changes to the medical field.
B. AI doctors are causing problems in the medical field.
C. AI doctors are taking the place of human doctors.
D. AI doctors are helping sick children in villages.
