We don’t adopt the individual serving system(分餐制). It’s easy for us to reach the food.
“Round” means “tuan yuan” in Chinese.
Having meals together gives a chance for all the members to share and strengthen bonds(增进情感).
There is a Chinese saying, “Eat in silence, sleep in silence”. As a result, it’s not polite to talk with food in mouth.
