(1)主题目标:学完本单元后,学生能够正确理解团队的意义,思考优秀团队领导者应具备的品质，表达自己对团队合作的认识，培养团队精神。
(2)结果产出:学生组建团队,为其命名、设计标志,并阐释团队名称与标志的含义。
(3)评价标准:①学生能够介绍本组的团队名称并描述标志设计。
②学生能够阐释团队名称及标志所象征的精神内涵。
③学生能够评价本组的团队名称及标志。
④学生能够尽可能多地使用本单元的核心词汇,尤其是生词。
⑤学生能够正确使用情态动词(should，have to )。

三兄弟与筷子（寓言故事）
从前，有一位父亲，他有三个儿子。三个儿子常常互相争吵，谁也不服谁，家里总是不得安宁。父亲很担心他们，想让他们明白团结的道理。一天，父亲拿来一捆筷子，交给大儿子，让他把这捆筷子折断。大儿子用力掰，使出了全身力气，筷子却纹丝不动。二儿子接过筷子，也用力去折，同样没能折断。小儿子力气最小，试了试，也一样折不断。 这时，父亲解开绳子，把筷子一根根分开，递给他们。儿子们轻轻一折，每一根筷子都断了。父亲对他们说：“你们就像这些筷子。如果你们不团结，各自为战，就像一根根单独的筷子，很容易被打败；但如果你们团结在一起，像捆紧的一捆筷子，就会变得无比强大，谁也无法战胜你们。”三个儿子听后，明白了团结的力量，从此不再争吵，同心协力，日子也越过越好。
