Growing up is never an easy journey for teenagers. Today, many students have trouble with

real-world programs.

properly. Now she spends free time more meaningfully. She reads in the school library, draws with friends, and
joins art and music activities after class. She also talks more openly with her family and teachers when she feels
stressed. She spends less than 2 hours on the phones each week now.
