Good exercise, enough sleep, and a balanced diet can help us build a strong body. A healthy body helps me live a better life.
Thanks to Ben’s efforts, he and I exercise every day after school. Sometimes we go for a walk; sometimes we play badminton or tennis. Physical activity helps me feel better and happier.
I cut down on my video and game time. I’m getting nine hours of sleep a night. Having enough sleep is very important. It helps me do well in school.
I am developing healthier eating habits. Healthy foods include vegetables, fruits, milk, eggs, meat, and fish. Of course, I drink plenty of water every single day. I love pizza but I eat it less often.
