Getting enough sleep is important for your health. Sleep gives you time to rest and helps you feel refreshed in the morning. When you don’t sleep well, you may feel sleepy all day. You can’t think or work well. Sometimes, you may have trouble getting along with others.
What can you do to sleep well Don’t stay up late. Go to bed at the same time every night. Don’t spend too much time on your phone before going to bed. Your brain needs to calm down. The light from the screen can keep you awake. Put your phone away 30 minutes or more before bedtime. Keep your room dark and quiet. This will help you sleep well all night.
Remember the saying: early to bed and early to rise makes us healthy, wealthy, and wise.

用于表达建议、命令、请求、劝告、警告、禁止等的句子叫作祈使句。祈使句通常不包含主语。祈使句肯定形式常以动词原形开头，句尾加句号或感叹号，读时用降调。为表示礼貌，可以在句首或句尾加上please。句末用please时，前面通常加逗号。
e.g. Go to bed at the same time every night.（表示提醒）
Please turn down the radio.（表示请求）
Don’t spend too much time on your phone before going to bed.（表示命令）

祈使句
祈使句的特点：
① 祈使句主语为you，常省略；
② 以动词原形开头，无时态和数的变化；
③ 表达比较强烈的语气时，可以用感叹号。
e.g. Watch out! 小心！
肯定祈使句的构成：
① Do型（以动词原形开头）
e.g. Stand up, please.
② Be型（Be+表语+其他成分）
e.g. Be patient with your parents.
③ Let型（Let+宾语+动词原形+其他成分）
e.g. Let’s have a cup of coffee.
否定祈使句的构成：
① Don’t+动词原形
e.g. Don’t talk loudly in the library.
never代替don’t来加强语气。
e.g. Never give up! 决不放弃!
② No+doing / 名词
e.g. No feeding the animals!
No food or drinks in the museum.
祈使句的应答：
回答祈使句的肯定形式一般用will，回答祈使句的否定形式一般用won’t。
e.g. —Please remember to bring your homework tomorrow.
—Yes, I will.
—Don’t be late for school again.
—Sorry, I won’t.
口诀：
祈使句，很神气，请求命令和建议。
祈使句，无主语，动词原形开头记。
若想变成否定句，前加 Don’t就可以，否定也可用 No doing。
