Having a balanced meal is important, but how do you balance your meals
Breakfast is the most important meal of a day. Sit down and have a good meal. Eggs and
porridge are a healthy breakfast. They give you energy. You can’t feel sleepy in class. If you don’t
have time for breakfast, have some vegetable juice before you go to school. It is better than coffee.
Don’t eat much salt. Foods like hot dogs have much salt in them, so don’t eat many or give
them up. Stay away from food with too much fat. You can eat vegetables, fruit, fish and chicken.
They are healthy for you. For example, you can eat beef hamburgers instead of pork hamburgers.
Don’t always go out for lunch. You can make your own meal or ask your parents to make
