Should students do housework I agree that we should share housework with our
parents.
First, doing housework teaches us basic life skills. If we only study, we will
hardly look after ourselves well in the future. Second, it helps us understand our
parents’ hard work and learn to be thankful. For example, washing dishes or tidying
rooms makes us realize how tired they are after work.
In short, housework is not a burden but a way to grow into independent and
responsible people.

Should students do housework I don’t think students need to do much
housework.
First, we are busy with heavy schoolwork and exams. If we spend too much time
on chores, we will have less time to study or rest, which may influence our grades.
Second, parents are more experienced in housework, so it’s more efficient for them to
do it. Instead, we can help by studying hard and listening to them, which makes them
proud.
In short, focusing on our studies is the best way to support our family right now.
