How to be a Happy Student
As a student, it’s important to live a happy life, for happiness makes us more energetic and helps us grow better. Here are some useful ways to be a happy student.
First, doing sports is a must. We can take part in PE classes actively, play badminton with friends after school or go for a walk around the campus. It not only keeps our body healthy but also relaxes our mind. Second, a balanced diet is necessary. We should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and avoid eating too much junk food like chips or cola. Third, helping others brings true joy. We can help classmates who have trouble with their study, or volunteer to clean the classroom with our peers. Besides, keeping a positive attitude is also a good way. When we fail an exam or face problems with friends, try to look on the bright side and learn from mistakes.
