plenty of sleep, relaxing, doing things we enjoy, and staying connected to friends. Taking
care of our mental health helps us learn and grow better.
Imagine yourself as a growing plant. Your roots shape you because everything grows
from them, and the plant is the person you' re growing into. Thinking about yourself like
this is called self-awareness, Corbetta explains. It means"getting to know ourselves, our
likes and dislikes, hopes and dreams". It helps you manage emotions( 情 绪 ) and makes
you feel more in control. "When we focus on what we can do well, learn to be proud of
who we are and accept ourselves, this has a positive influence on our mental health,"
says Corbetta.

Labor Makes Me Grow
Last week, our class took part in the school’s labor activity. We cleaned the classroom, wiped the windows
and watered the flowers. I also helped sweep the floor and tidy up the desks.
Through this experience, I learned that labor is not only a duty but also a chance to grow. It taught me
teamwork and responsibility. I felt proud when I saw the clean and bright classroom.
Labor helps us build good habits and care for others. I hope more students will join in labor activities. Let’s
love labor, take action, and grow through it!

use it makes a difference. Firstly, valuing time helps us achieve our goals. We need to do the most important things
first. Do not waste time on too many games or TV. Secondly, valuing time helps us to be successful. Great people
work hard every day and do not waste a single moment, so they finally realize their dreams. Thirdly, valuing time
