注意事项：
1．要理解你为什么应该反思学过的东西。
2．选择你想要反思的主题。
3．列举一下学习之前你对这个主题的了解，然后再列举一下现在你了解的内容。
4．要包括将来你怎样运用你的新技能/知识。

第一步　审题谋篇
审题
1．确定体裁：本单元的写作任务是写一则学习反思，反思自己在学习过程中存在的问题以及收获。
2．确定人称：本文是自我反思，主要以第一人称为主。
3．确定时态：学习反思通常是针对过去所学内容，因此过去时态是必不可少的；同时反思是为了将来更好地学习，所以一般现在时和将来时也会用到。
谋篇
为了使文章能够连贯通顺，写作内容应包括以下三个方面：
1．首段：选择你需要反思的一个方面；
2．中段：解决办法；
3．尾段：总结。
第二步　遣词造句
