As a high school student, I used to be weak and easy to fall ill. I hated PE classes and never took part in any sports meeting. My head teacher noticed my problem and had a long talk with me. He told me that health is the foundation of all success. Then I decided to change my lifestyle.
At first, I started walking for 20 minutes every evening. Little by little, I began to jog. After one month, I felt much better. Later, I joined the school badminton club. I practice twice a week after school. My friends in the club are very friendly. They encourage me and train with me patiently.
