Recently, we conducted a survey on eating habits in our class. Here are the results:
Half of the classmates like eating vegetables and fruits, which is a great sign. 30% of them prefer candies and cakes, and 10% like fast food. The remaining 10% like milk and eggs.
Regarding a healthy lifestyle, not all classmates have ideal eating habits. To stay healthy, we should avoid eating too much fast food, candies, and cakes. These foods are often high in sugar and fat. Instead, we should eat more healthy food like vegetables, fruits, milk, and eggs.
