教学目标
完成本课学习后，学生能够：
识别并描述三种常见的违反公共规则的行为；
2. 理解违反公共规则可能带来的后果；

语法项目1：条件状语从句（if 从句）
用法说明：
用 if 引导条件状语从句，表示“如果发生某种行为，就会导致某种后果”。if 从句用一般现在时，主句可以用 may、can 或 will 加动词原形。
结构公式：
If + 主语 + 动词（一般现在时），主语 + may/can/will + 动词原形

Following public rules is very important. Here are three bad behaviors.
First, cutting in line. It is often seen as a sign of impatience or laziness. If people cut in line, it may lead to arguments and even fights.
Second, spreading rumors. It is disrespectful to others and sometimes illegal. If someone spreads false information, it can damage everyone’s reputation and cause trouble.
Third, littering. It is a very bad behaviour. When people litter, they harm the environment and endanger others’ health and safety.
It is everyone’s responsibility to follow public rules and protect our world.

A Proposal to Follow Public Rules
Dear fellow students,
