  Experts say this piece of advice makes sense, but most Americans do the opposite—they often make dinner their  2  meal of the day.
  Dr. Marta Garaulet, a body science professor from Spain, spends months in the US each year. She has noticed that many Americans are too  3  during the day to have a proper meal until evening.   A few years ago, I felt like a true failure. I was doing Weight Watchers for the third time in order to lose weight, but not making  1 .
