一、核心语法：现在完成时与现在完成进行时
（一）现在完成时基本用法
含义：表示过去发生的公益相关动作对现在造成的影响/结果，或动作从过去持续到现在（常与帮助他人、环保、公益奉献等单元场景结合）
2.结构：主语 + have/has + 动词过去分词（done）
3.主谓一致规则：
主语为第一/二人称单复数、第三人称复数（I/we/you/they）时，用have
主语为第三人称单数（he/she/it/单数名词）时，用has
【例句】
I have helped the homeless children for two years.（我已经帮助无家可归的孩子两年了。——对现在的影响：孩子们得到了关怀，我积累了公益经验）
She has donated many books to the countryside school.（她已经给乡村学校捐赠了很多书。——对现在的影响：乡村孩子有了更多阅读资源）
（二）现在完成进行时基本用法
含义：表示从过去开始的公益动作，一直持续到现在，并且还在进行中，强调动作的持续性和连贯性（贴合单元“持续奉献、创造影响”的主题）
结构：主语 + have/has + been + 动词现在分词（doing）
例句（贴合单元场景）：
We have been cleaning the community park since this morning.（我们从今天早上就一直在打扫社区公园。——动作仍在进行）
He has been volunteering in the old people’s home for half a year.（他已经在养老院做志愿者半年了。——动作持续进行，仍在继续）
They have been planting trees to protect the environment.（他们一直在种树来保护环境。——持续行动，未停止）
4.同义对比（单元易错）：
He has worked as a volunteer for three months.（他做志愿者三个月了。——强调动作持续的结果）
= He has been working as a volunteer for three months.（他已经做了三个月志愿者了。——强调动作持续进行的过程）
（三）两种时态对比 + 高频时间状语
含义：明确两种时态的核心区别，结合时间状语精准运用，适配单元公益场景表达
高频时间状语及用法：
for + 一段时间（for three years/half a month）：两种时态均可使用，表动作持续时长
since + 过去时间点（since last year/since 2023）：两种时态均可使用，表动作开始时间
recently/lately（最近）：两种时态均可使用，贴合近期公益行动描述
all day/all morning（一整天/一早上）：多用于现在完成进行时，强调动作持续未中断
3.对比例句：
She has collected old clothes for the poor.（她已经为穷人收集了旧衣服。——强调收集完成的结果）
She has been collecting old clothes for the poor all week.（她一整周都在为穷人收集旧衣服。——强调持续收集的过程）
二、用法对比表

三单has复数have，持续动作不混乱
My mother has prepared food for the homeless.（我妈妈已经为无家可归的人准备了食物。——三单用has）
We have been working together to protect our hometown.（我们一直在一起努力保护我们的家乡。——复数用have）
五、解题技巧
技巧 1：看时间状语→秒判两种时态
口诀：for/since加时长，两种时态都能上；all day/all night表持续，been doing来登场。

技巧 2：看语境→区分两种时态
口诀：强调结果/影响，用done；强调过程/持续，用been doing。

技巧 3：看主谓→秒判have/has
口诀：三单（he/she/it/单数名词）用has，其余人称全用have，两种时态都适用。

技巧 4：避坑要点
现在完成进行时结构易错：have/has + been + doing（不可漏掉been）
瞬间动词（donate/help）可用于现在完成时，但不可与“for+一段时间”连用（需转换为延续性表达）
两种时态的时间状语可通用，重点看语境的侧重点（结果/过程）
He has donated the book for two days.（改错）
They have cleaning the community since this morning.（改错）
