One Possible Version:
Before the final exam last term, I felt really stressed. I was worried about getting bad grades because I didn't finish reviewing all the subjects.
My mum noticed my anxiety and told me to talk to her. We talked for 20 minutes, and she encouraged me a lot. Then we went for a short run in the park. After an hour, I felt relaxed. And I focused better on my review.
From this experience, I learn that keeping worries to myself will make things worse. Finding proper ways, like talking to others or exercising, can help us reduce stress and stay healthy. It also lets us face challenges more bravely.
