“Why do we do all the hard work while they get all the attention ” Jerry complained. Sam pulled a long face as he felt the same way.
“Come on,” Andy said. “Our work is important too, and it can be fun!”

Scientists have found an amazing fact about orcas(虎鲸) and dolphins. The two smart sea animals may work together to catch Chinook salmon(大马哈鱼). It is very strange and unusual for different animals to team up like this.
Orcas are also called killer whales. They are strong and often hunt in groups. Some orcas live near the coast of Canada’s British Columbia, and they mainly eat large Chinook salmon. But Pacific white-sided dolphins only eat small fish and cannot catch salmon alone. Scientists often see the dolphins swimming near orcas, but they don’t know why.
Recently, scientists recorded the sea animals as they hunted. The orcas caught the salmon, but the dolphins led the hunt! Both animals use echolocation(回声定位) to find things. Scientists found they took turns making sounds. They think orcas may follow the sounds of dolphins to find salmon.
It looks like the two kinds of animals are working together. Dolphins are just like scouts(侦察兵). They use their fast speed to find and chase salmon. Then strong orcas come to catch the fish. Both sides can benefit from this teamwork. The orcas get food easily, and dolphins can eat the left-over fish. Usually, orcas don’t let other animals stay near their food. But they don’t mind the dolphins.
Still, not everyone is sure that the animals are really working together. Even the scientists have some questions. They plan to keep studying.

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work
You may have seen the phrase "Teamwork makes the dream work" everywhere. But what does it really mean This phrase means people can learn and grow better when they work together, both in life and at study.
Sabrina Romanoff, a scientist, says teamwork brings us many great advantages. It helps us finish tasks more quickly than working alone. Besides, we can get support from others and feel less stressed when facing difficulties. At the same time, working in a team gives us chances to learn new things and improve ourselves.
How can we build good teamwork
First, we should set clear goals together with our teammates. If everyone takes part in deciding the team’s goals, they will care more about them and try their best to achieve them.
Besides, we need to communicate with teammates and share our feelings and ideas often. When we talk openly with each other, our team will become much stronger.
It is also important to be open and honest in a team. We should share not only the big goals of the whole team but also the aims of small tasks. In this way, everyone can clearly know how their own work influences the whole team.
At last, we should keep learning together as a team. We can provide useful training, books and other learning resources for all members. We can also invite people to learn new knowledge and hold different activities. Then everyone is able to share what they have learned and what they are interested in with their teammates.
In short, good teamwork helps us achieve more. Let’s work together and make our dreams come true.

六书面表达(参考范文)
What Makes a Good Leader
In my opinion, a good leader must have two important qualities: responsibility and patience. A responsible leader takes charge of the team, while a patient one always listens to others’ ideas.
Last term, I was the leader of our English study group. When some classmates fell behind, I encouraged them patiently and helped them with their homework after class. With our joint efforts, our group got the first prize in the school English competition.
From this experience, I realize a good leader isn’t just a manager, but a helper and partner who leads the team to grow together.
