First of all, follow the traffic rules. Never cross the street when the traffic light is red. If you ride your bike, don’t forget to wear your helmet. Second, choose clean and fresh food. Don’t have too much snacks and soft drinks. Third, never swim in rivers. A life jacket is necessary when swimming. Last but not least, for your safety, wash hands to help to prevent most diseases and wear masks if necessary.
