（1）作宾语
常用动词后接 to do 作宾语：
want, hope, decide, plan, learn, choose, promise, refuse, offer, agree, need, prepare
例如：She wants to help poor children. 她想要帮助贫困儿童。
They decided to raise money for homeless people. 他们决定为无家可归的人筹钱。

（2）作宾语补足语（动词 + sb. + to do）
常用动词：ask, tell, want, allow, invite, encourage, advise
例如：We ask them to stay safe. 我们要求他们注意安全。
The teacher encourages us to help others. 老师鼓励我们帮助他人。
否定：动词 + sb. + not to do
例如：Tell him not to be late. 告诉他不要迟到。
