（一）核心单词

二、核心语法考点
（一） so ...that ...结构（如此……以至于……）
1.基本用法：引导结果状语从句， so 修饰形容词/副词。
结构1： 主语 + be动词 + so + adj.+ that从句
The movie was so touching that many people cried.
（这部电影如此感人，以至于很多人哭了。）
结构2： 主语 + 实义动词 + so + adv.+ that从句
He ran so fast that I couldn't catch up with him.
（他跑得如此快，以至于我追不上他。）
2.句型转换：可与 too...to...或 (not)...enough to...互换。
The box is so heavy that I can't carry it.
= The box is too heavy to carry.
= I am not strong enough to carry the box.
3.易混辨析： so ...that ...vs such ...that ...
such 修饰名词： such + (a/an) + adj.+ n.+ that从句
It is such an interesting book that I have read it twice.
特殊情况：
名词前有 many/much/few/little 时，必须用 so 。
There were so many people that we couldn't move.
（二） unless 的用法（如果不；除非）
1.基本用法：引导条件状语从句，遵循“主将从现”原则（主句将来时，从句一般现在时）。
You will fail the exam unless you study hard.
（除非你努力学习，否则你考试会不及格。）
2.同义转换： unless = if ...not
I won't go to the party unless she invites me.
= I won't go to the party if she doesn't invite me.
（三） as soon as 的用法（一……就……）
1.基本用法：引导时间状语从句，强调动作紧接着发生，同样遵循“主将从现”。
I will call you as soon as I arrive in Beijing.
（我一到北京就给你打电话。）
2.位置：可放在句首（后加逗号）或句中。
As soon as she saw me, she smiled.
三、易混点与高频考点
1.so vs such 用法区分
so + adj./adv./ so + many/much/few/little + n.
such + (a/an) + adj.+ n.
2.“主将从现”适用从句
条件状语从句： if , unless , as long as
时间状语从句： when , as soon as , until
3.高频句型转换
so...that...= too...to.../ not...enough to...
unless = if ...not
as soon as = the moment
