先读题,明确任务:表格左边是 Teng Fei 的志愿工作,右边是两人的观点,带着问题读对话,效率更高。
定位关键词,回文找答案:再对照表格的每一个空,回到对话里找一模一样的关键词,精准定位答案。
检查语法和格式:左边是并列的动名词短语,注意动词形式要和已给的 “exercising, teaching” 保持一致(用动名词);右边的句子要符合原文时态和搭配,比如:must 后接动词原形。

They worked hard and raised families when they were young, and they need care when they get older. Also, we’ll all be old one day, so we should treat them with kindness.

老吾老以及人之老,出自《孟子 梁惠王上》,原句是 “老吾老,以及人之老;幼吾幼,以及人之幼”。
这句话的意思是,先孝敬、尊重自己的长辈,再把这份孝心推广到所有的老人身上,体现了从 “小家” 到 “大家” 的仁爱精神。
