Last week, I made a bird feeder with a used plastic bottle. It was fun and helpful for the environment. Here is
how I did it. First, I chose a clean bottle and cut a big hole in the side. This way, birds could fly in and out easily.
Next, I pushed a small stick through the bottle to make a place for birds to stand on. Then, I put some bird food in
the bottom. Finally, I hung it on a tree in my yard.
Now, I can see lovely birds havingmeals there every day!You can have a try, too. It is a good way to recycle waste.

Last Friday, my classmates and I took part in a Trash to Art activity. We decided to turn waste into treasure.
Here is what we did. First, we collected used plastic bottles and old newspapers from our homes and classrooms.
Then, we cleaned the bottles and cut them into different shapes. Next, we used glue and scissors to put these
pieces together to form a beautiful vase. Finally, we painted it blue and green to make it look nice.
Through this activity, I realized that rubbish can also be useful if we deal with it properly. It was tiring but
meaningful!
