I ever volunteered at a Children’s Hospital in Cape Town, South Africa. My 1 was to help make the kids feel happy while they were staying in the hospital. But some people couldn’t understand 2 I did it.

Many people exercise every day or every other day. You may be the same. But what about those times when you are sick If you do not feel well, should you keep following your daily exercise habit
Laskowski, a doctor, says that right exercise is usually OK if you have a common cold.
Laskowski and other doctors have a common rule about it. “It is usually fine to exercise,” he says, “if your symptoms are all ‘above the neck’, such as a runny nose, a sneeze (喷嚏) or a minor (轻微的) sore throat. ”
Laskowski also says that exercise may make you feel better and help you breathe more easily. An American health website gives a similar idea.
Geralyn Coopersmith, a physical fitness trainer, has written some books on exercise. He says, “The rule is that if you take some medicine and don’t feel so sick, it’s OK to exercise.”
However, both Coopersmith and Dr Laskowski say taking a break is better if your symptoms appear “below the neck”, such as a serious cough or pain in the stomach.
If you don’t feel too bad, they both suggest cutting back on the intensity (强度) of your exercise. For example, if you usually run, take a quick walk instead.
