一、核心语法：一般现在时 VS 现在进行时
1. 一般现在时（天气常态、习惯、规律）
1）用法：常年天气、经常发生、习惯性动作
2）标志词：always, usually, often, every day, in spring / winter
3）句子结构
主语（it/天气）为第三人称单数→动词变三单
其他人称→动词原形
动词第三人称单数变化规则
1. 一般动词：直接 +s
rain→rains snow→snows blow→blows
2. s / x / ch / sh / o 结尾：+es
watch→watches go→goes
3. 辅音+y结尾：变y为i + es
fly→flies
4. 元音+y结尾：直接+s
play→plays
5. 特殊不规则
have→has
2. 现在进行时（此刻正在发生）
1）用法：当下正在下雨、刮风、人们正在做某事
2）标志词：Look! Listen! now, right now, at the moment
3）结构：am / is / are + 动词现在分词(-ing)
现在分词-ing变化规则
1）. 一般动词：直接+ing
rain→raining play→playing
2）. 不发音e结尾：去e+ing
make→making come→coming
3）. 重读闭音节（辅元辅）：双写末尾辅音+ing
run→running swim→swimming
4）. ie结尾：变ie为y+ing
lie→lying
