What Makes A True Friend
We all need friends, but what makes a true friend A true friend is like a warm light in the dark—honest, supportive, and understanding.
An honest friend never hides the truth. When you make a mistake, they gently tell you, not to hurt you, but to help you grow. A supportive friend stands by your side in hard times. If you fail an exam, they won’t laugh. Instead, they’ll say, “Cheer up—let’s work harder together.” An understanding friend accepts who you are. They care about your feelings. When you are sad, they listen to you. When you are happy, they are happy with you. If you fall down, they help you get up. They always try to make you feel better.
True friends are treasures. If you have one, hold them close. And remember: to have a true friend, you must be a good friend too.
