三段式结构:
开头段:承接题目给出的句子,总起介绍家里有很多规矩。
主体段:分别说明父母的具体要求、自己的想法,再介绍与父母相处的解决方式。
结尾段:总结自己对家规的理解和与父母相处的感受。

具体要求:clean the room daily /have to sleep before 10 p.m./can’t play games in spare time /go to bed by 10 p.m./keep my room tidy/surf the Internet on the phone等
感受描述:too strict/feel upset/feel restricted 等
要点二:自己的想法
核心观点:loving me/know the rules are good for me/realize they care about me deeply/see the rules are for my own good等
要点三:解决方式
具体做法:share my daily life with them/talk with my parents about my happiness and sadness /help them do housework/ help with chores like washing dishes等
