The proboscis monkey, also known as the long-nosed monkey, lives in Southwest Asia. It mainly eats leaves, fruits, and flowers. Its characteristic is a large, long nose. Males are larger than females. It also has a big belly. Unfortunately, it is an endangered species. To protect them, we can build nature reserves and ban hunting. We should act now to ensure their survival.

The giant panda gets its name from its large, plump body and black and white fur. It lives in Southwest China. Bamboo shoots and leaves are its main foods.
Giant pandas are very cute and popular. However, their population is quite small, only about 1,900 in the wild. They are endangered because of habitat loss and low birth rates.
To protect them, we should preserve their natural habitats and set up more conservation centers. Also, we can spread knowledge about giant pandas to raise people’s awareness of protecting these lovely animals.
