un-:大多数一辅音字母开头的普通形容词。
in-:接formal, direct等以f/d开头的形容词。
im-:因发音同化,接以p开头的形容词,避免两个爆破音冲突。
派生词由词根加派生词缀构成。大多数前缀并不影响词根的词性,而仅对词根的意义加以修饰。其中用在形容词前表示否定的前缀常见的如下:
