Generally speaking, students show different attitudes depending on where they sit. Based on the research, scientists have developed a funnel-like (像漏斗的) model of “learning zones” to see the relationship between seating and active learning.

Recently, we did a poetry project, and one of the activities was a peer (同龄人) review. I would never have taken part if it was up to me, as I preferred to work by myself. But when I got involved, I found in the experience, I had done something that I thought was nearly impossible—it made my poetry better. I was wrong. The peer activities we did with a partner gave me more belief in my ability and encouraged me to do more to make my presentation the best it could possibly be.

一、主谓(SV)结构:主语+谓语(不及物动词)

此句式结构中的谓语动词为不及物动词(短语),不能接宾语,也没有被动语态。主谓结构常用来表示主语的动作或状态。 常见的不及物动词(短语)有:rise、 begin、 come、 go、 happen、 appear、 work、 take place等。谓语分为简单谓语和复合谓语。复合谓语包括以下三种形式:情态动词+不带to的动词不定式;助动词+动词其他形式;系动词+表语。
二、主系表(SVP)结构:主语+系动词+表语

三、主谓宾(SVO)结构:主语+谓语(及物动词)+宾语
