二. 现在完成时的结构 present perfect
基本结构：主语+have/has+动词的过去分词
①肯定句：主语+have/has+动词的过去分词
②否定句：主语+have/has+not+动词的过去分词）
③一般疑问句：Have/Has+主语+动词的过去分词
④特殊疑问句：特殊疑问词或词组+一般疑问句（have/has+主语+过去分词（V-ed）+其他）
过去分词变化规则
1 、规则动词：同规则动词的过去式的构成规则
四点变化规则：
(1)一般动词，在词尾直接加“ ed ”。
work---worked---worked ,visit---visited---visited
(2)“ e ”结尾的动词，只在词尾加“ d ”。
live---lived---lived ,
(3)“辅音字母 + y ”结尾的动词，将 "y" 变为 "i"，再加 “ed”。
cry---cried---cried study---studied---studied
(4)重读闭音节结尾，末尾只有一个辅音字母，双写该辅音字母，再加“ ed ”。
过去分词变化规则
不规则动词变化需参看不规则动词表逐一熟记。
cut- cut- cut

一. 现在完成时的用法
have/ has + 过去分词(done)
1. 过去发生并且已经完成的动作对现在造成影响或后果
I have already read this book.
2. 表示动作或状态从过去某一时间开始并一直持续到现在并且有可能还会持续的动作或状态。
She has lived here since 3 years ago.

常用于现在完成时的句型：
①一段时间+现在完成时+since从句（从句用一般过去时）
Ten years have passed since I graduated from university.
我大学毕业已有十年了。
②It/This the first/second/…time that sb. have/has done…
It is the third time that he has visited Harbin.
这是他第三次来哈尔滨。
③This/That/It is+形容词最高级+ n. + 定语从句（从句用现在完成时）
This is the most interesting book that I have ever read.
这是我读过的最有趣的书。
Their journey has inspired more outdoor lovers to explore Kula Kangri.
More outdoor lovers have been inspired to explore Kula Kangri by their journey.
Present perfect passive voice：
现在完成时
被动语态
have/has been done
现在完成时的被动语态
be done
have/has done(动词的过去分词）
How do we form the present perfect passive voice
（1）表示被动的动作在说话之前已经完成，强调过去的动作对现在造成的影响或产生的结果，通常与already，yet，never，recently等副词及时间状语so far，by now，up till/to now，since等连用。
The database has already been updated.
数据库已经被更新了。(现在可以使用新的数据库了)
（2）表示一个被动的动作或状态从过去开始一直持续到现在，并可能继续持续下去，常与for或since等引出的时间状语(从句)连用，或用于how long引出的句子中。
The machine has been repaired for two hours.
这台机器已经被修了两个小时了。(可能还会继续被修)

在极端寒冷环境下重装徒步露营后，一名人员因失温不幸遇难。
A young female trekker in a commercial team was (be)not able to return to Cuoyu Village due to heavy snow on Feb 22.
On February 23, trekking activities at Kula Kangri were temporarily suspended due to the search and rescue efforts carried out by rescuers and local villagers for the missing girl.
Fortunately, the girl has been found in the cowshed.
The scenic area has rolled out (roll out) more standardized management measures.
