The history of prepared food can go back to ancient times when early humans used methods like drying,
smoking, and salting to keep food, so that they could get something to eat during food shortage. However, China’s
prepared food industry has a late start and has gone through a three stage development process.
In Stage 1, which begins around 2000, prepared food mainly appeared in some restaurants to meet the needs of
busy life and changing dietary patterns. Over time, it could be found everywhere and entered people’s daily lives.
Stage 2, known as the standstill period, lasted until 2013. During this period, the prepared food industry in
China experienced slow growth because the food processing technology did not have any great improvements.
Stage 3 marked a period of rapid growth that started in 2014 with the development of the take out industry,
which furthered the development of prepared food. Prepared food has become a convenient solution to the
fast-forced nature of modern life, where many people have no time and cooking skills to prepare meals. ________
The rise of the take-out industry has created a fast increase in the need for convenience food, driving the growth of
the prepared food market.
While the rapid growth of the precooked food market in China has provided convenient choices for busy
lifestyles, offering different kinds of food from frozen ready-to-eat meals to canned products, worries still stay
regarding the nutritional (营养的) quality of precooked food, health standards, and the environmental influence of
packing materials, especially when it comes to introducing prepared food into schools. Achieving a balance among
these considerations, while keeping the convenience, taste, and safety of food, is important for the future of the
precooked food industry.

A. 2000. B. 2012. C. 2014. D. 2015.

A. Technology development changes the direction.
B. The restaurant has introduced more traditional dishes.
C. Changes in people’s lifestyles have further sped up this direction.
D. Young people think it is a waste of time to cook food by themselves.
( ) 66. What can we infer from the last paragraph
A. We should make use of prepared food.
B. Prepared food still faces some challenges.
C. Prepared food has a lot of disadvantages.
D. We can choose to eat prepared food when we are busy.
( ) 67. What is the main idea of the passage
A. The ancient ways of storing food for food shortage.
B. The three development stages of China’s prepared food industry and its present problems.
C. How the take-out industry influences people’s daily eating habits.

①In February 2026, OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent, has taken China by storm. Named “the Lobster” for
its special red lobster-shaped logo, it has caused a nationwide trend called “raising lobsters (养龙虾)”. Thousands
of tech lovers lined up for free installation (安装) in Shenzhen and Shanghai, while paid setup services quickly

than 500 yuan every month on such tools.
④As international media reported, OpenClaw shows the quick rise of useful AI tools. It has great possibilities

Life is full of peaks (巅峰) and valleys (低谷). Some valleys are deep and dark, like an endless night, making
us feel helpless. 73
74 They think valleys can cause them a lot of pain. In the valley, they become so hopeless that they
forget the light and warmth of the sun. 75 It requires courage and a strong will. They should also believe
that the stars shine most brightly in the darkest nights.
So, my dear friends, when you find yourselves in a valley, don’t give up. Instead, look up at the stars, feel the
ground under your feet, and take a step forward. 76 And when you finally reach the top, you will realize
that the view from the peak is worth all the efforts you have made.
Remember, valleys are not meant to break us, but to make us. 77 When you get out of the valley, you
will be stronger and braver than ever before.
A. So accept your valleys.
B. Stay calm in your peaks.
C. Many people don’t like valleys.
D. We shouldn’t depend on others in our valleys.

Dear teachers and classmates, Good morning! I’m Li Hua. Today I’m very glad to give a speech here. My
topic is “Love You, My Dear Self”. I used to push myself too hard in study. I stayed up late to do homework every
day and seldom took time to relax. I always felt tired and stressed. Later, I realized that loving myself is very
important.
Loving ourselves can help us keep healthy both in body and mind. It can make us stay happy every day and
reduce much study stress. When we treat ourselves well, we will have more energy to face difficulties. In the future,
I will learn to love myself better. First, I will make a proper study plan and never stay up late. Second, I will eat
well and do more exercise to keep fit. Third, I will learn to say “No” to meaningless things and spend more time on
my hobbies. As the saying goes, “Love yourself first, and then you can love others better.” Let’s learn to love
ourselves from now on!
Thank you for listening!
