一、教材分析
本单元内容是学生以前学过食物的拓展与延伸。学生有过一定基础,所以对这一课的学习应该会感兴趣,学起来也更加得心印手。由于学生以前学过相关内容,所以这一单元的Talk部分精炼了许多,对话内容也比较集中。学生将学习更多关于食物以及形容食物的词汇,教学过程中应注意引导学生将所学知识应用到生活中,养成良好的饮食习惯。
二、学情分析
五年级的学生已经积累了一定量的基础词汇,包括日常用品、食物、日常表达需要等基本词汇,这些词汇构成了他们理解和表达的基本框架。五年级学生已经开始展现出一定的自主学习能力,他们能更好地理解和记忆较复杂的语言结构和知识点,他们开始对不同国家的文化习俗产生兴趣,通过英语学习了解中外文化的异同,拓宽了视野。他们能在日常生活中运用英语进行简单的交流,增强了语言的实用性

三、语篇研读
What:本课为听说课,呈现了Sarah一家人的对话,内容围绕Sarah和妈妈的对话以及和爸爸的对话谈论想吃的食物和喝的东西展开。
Why:通过描述Sarah和爸爸想吃的和喝的食品,引导学生把握重点句子结构。
How:两 段 对 话 的 主 题 相 同 , 句 型 也 一 样 , 涉 及 重 点 单 词 如sandwich,drink,thirsty,询 问 想 吃 的和 喝 的句 型 :What would you like to eat/drink 及其回答I’d like....该短文简单易懂,贴近学生生活。
四、教学目标
1. 能听、说、认读有关询问食物或饮品的相关词汇:
sandwich,drink,thirsty:能够听、说、认读句型:What would you like to eat/drink 及其回答 I’d like....
2. 能够在情境中运用句型 What would you like to eat/drink 及其回答 I’d like....询问并回答自己想要的食物与食品,并了解价
格。能够在图片和老师的帮助下听懂对话,有感情的朗读并角色表演。
3. 能够了解中西方文化的差异,以及养成健康饮食,不浪费粮食的习惯。
五、教学重难点
教学重点:
1.学生能够听、说、认读单词:drink,thirsty,sandwich
2.学生能够听、说、认读句型:What would you like to
eat/drink 及其回答 I’d like....
教学难点:
学生能够在语境中熟练运用核心句型 What would you like to eat/drink I’d like...询问并回答自己想要的食物与饮品。

教学过程:
Step1 Warm- -up
1.Greeting
2.Show some pictures of food,students can say the words
and divide them . (Bread/noodles/hamburgers/ice
cream/milk/water...)
Step2 Presentation
1.Through the food on the table,the teacher shows the
sentences:What would you like to eat/drink I’d like...
2.Lead the words:hungry /thirsty
2.Sing the song and learn the word:hungry
3.Free talk:What is your favourite food What would you like to eat/drink
4.Let’s try
Sarah is hungry.What would she like to eat Read the words and listen to the tape.
Play the tape two times,students listen and complete the task ,then,check the answer with the teacher. (Pay attention to the word:sandwich/sandwiches)
Let’s talk
1.Sarah is hungry,she is eating.Dad comes home.What are they talking about Students watch the vedio .Play the
first time,students try to answer the questions:How does her father feel /What are they talking about /What are they talking about
Play the second time,answer the questions below:

Play a game:Students choose a bowl and open it ,answer the questions according to the food.
Step4 .Extention
1.Group work:If you are a waitress or a waite, two
students are customers.Make a dialouge using the sentence “What would you like to eat/drink I’d like… ”.
