Rules
1. Players serve alternately.
2. A serve must bounce first on the server's side, then on the receiver's side.
3. The ball can bounce only once on your side before you hit it back.
4. A game is won by the first player to reach 11 points.
5. The match is usually best of 3 games (the first to win 2 games wins the match).
Safety tips
1. Wear non-slip sports shoes to avoid falling on the court.
2. Warm up your wrists, arms and legs before playing.
3. Hold the paddle firmly but gently.
4. Keep a safe distance from the table and other players.
5. Drink water regularly during breaks.

Language points
Let's learn and take notes.
1.must （必须）— 表示强制性的规则，没有选择。
例句: Players must wear sports shoes. (选手必须穿运动鞋。)
对比: have to 也表示“必须”，但更侧重客观要求。初级阶段可先统一使用 must 。
2.should （应该）— 表示建议或较好的做法，但不是强制。
例句: You should warm up before the game. (你应该在赛前热身。)
否定形式: should not / shouldn‘t (不应该)
3.can （可以）— 表示允许或能力。
例句: Each team can have up to 5 players. (每队最多可以有5名队员。) | You can sign up with your PE teacher. (你可以向体育老师报名。)
一、情态动词：制定规则与建议

1.时间介词
at: 用于具体钟点。 The game starts at 2:00 PM.
on: 用于具体某一天或日期。 The competition is on Monday. / On May 20th.
in: 用于月份、年份、季节、早上/下午/晚上。 It will be held in the afternoon.
2.地点介词
in: 在较大的、内部的空间。 The event is in the school playground. (操场被视为一个范围)
at: 在具体的点或位置。 Meet at the school gate. (校门是一个具体点)
二、介词：准确表达时间与地点

结构简单有力，在海报中用于规则和安全提醒非常合适。
1.肯定形式: 动词原形开头。
例句:
Wear comfortable clothes. (穿舒适的衣服。)
Listen to the referee. (听从裁判。)
2.否定形式: Don't + 动词原形。
例句:
Don't be late. (不要迟到。)
Don't argue. (不要争吵。)
