Last week, I learned an important lesson about health. One afternoon, I was playing basketball with my friends on the playground. Suddenly, my classmate Li Ming fell to the ground and held his stomach tightly. He looked pale and said he had a terrible stomachache.
I remembered what our teacher taught us in health class. First, I asked him not to move and told him to lie down slowly. Then, I ran to the school clinic to get help.
