Less Stress, Better Life
Nowadays we teenagers have a lot of stress, especially when the high school entrance examination is just
around the corner.
Most of us feel stressed mainly because of heavy schoolwork. What’s more, parents’ high expectations also
bring us great pressure. We often feel nervous and tired before exams.
Luckily, we have many ways to relax ourselves. First, we can ask teachers for help when we feel upset.
Second, doing sports or listening to music is a good choice to reduce stress. We can also talk with our friends to
release bad feelings.
In my opinion, proper stress pushes us to study harder, but too much stress is bad for our health. We should
face stress bravely and keep a positive mind. In this way, we will live a better life and make greater progress.
