“WANTED” means someone is looking for someone or something.
Analyse the advertisement .
The titles of advertisements and notices are often written in capital letters in a larger font size to emphasize the words and draw readers' attention to them.
It acts as a “hook” to draw us into the advertisement by making it personal to us.
It also acts as a “call to action”, encouraging us to ask the question to ourselves and prompting us to take actions.
It lists volunteer tasks and requirements, so readers can easily see if they are suitable.
