Background&Characters
An old hiker had a broken stick. He stood helplessly on the muddy(泥泞的) road, wet and cold. We ran to help him with our umbrellas.
He said he got lost and hurt his ankle(膝盖) in the rain.
My friend bandaged (包扎)his ankle, I carried his bag, and we helped him find
a place to hide
from the rain.
We found a small house soon. We dried our clothes and made hot tea for him. Later, we called his family. Helping him made that day very memorable.
