Artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming a part of our everyday lives, and their application in education means AI tools are helping both teachers and students to improve learning and thus challenges that once baffled teaching.
At current mostly in classroom education, AI has advantages in personalized tutoring. AI algorithms match students’ needs in what way a student learns from adapting the teaching materials fit their mindset. This lets students learn at their own speed. AI can also make customized exercise online, which turns routine jobs like checking multiple-choice into auto-correct and grading, saving teachers time. This way, teachers can spend more time engaging students personally, chatting and mentally with students. Moreover, AI-powered teaching assistant can answer students’ daily questions anytime and anywhere, making learning more flexible and free.
However, using AI in schools also has its drawbacks. One major worry is data safety. All kinds of students’ information is stored online, so we must take steps to keep the data safe. If the data is sent to an unknown AI server or leaked, the AI might exploit existing stereotypes and treat students unequally. Lastly, there is the risk of cutting too much thinking for students; it might allow AI to solve their homework for them and thus lose their ability to think for themselves. It’s also always wise to ask that children limit their reliance on AI.
In summary, AI in education is no longer an unreal tool or science fiction; rather, it enriches education. The future connection between teachers and students requires proper rules. For AI to succeed in education, we need smart planning and a firm commitment to keeping safe, protecting privacy, and promoting equal learning.

A. It enables students learn at their own speed.
B. It improves teachers’ efficiency in daily work.
C. It frees teachers’ remaining resources for teaching.
D. It helps students master subjects independently.
