行文思路
开头：用形式主语句型点明团队合作的重要性；

易错警示
1. It’s + adj. + for sb. to do sth. 为固定句型，不可遗漏 for sb. 或 to do；
2. if 条件状语从句遵循“主将从现”，从句用一般现在时，主句用一般将来时；
3. besides 表递进（此外），注意与 beside（在旁边）词义、拼写区分。
