The Silk Road is the name of different roads that long ago connected Europe, Africa and Asia. People reached these different places along these roads. Scientists believe people began to travel the Silk Road about 3000 years ago. When the Chinese silk trade became important in the world, the Silk Road covered almost 6,500 kilometers. It spread from Rome (罗马) to China, that is to say from the West to the Far East.

Sharing Is Not Always CaringSocial media has many good points. One is sharing news easily. The other is that it spreads (播) information quickly before we realize it, the news may have reached thousands or even millions of people. But is this always good When it’s OK to shareSharing posts can bring great results, especially when sharing helpful things. For example, when a heavy rainstorm happens, many influencers may call on people to give away money or objects to those who are in need. In our daily life, we often want to share our news because it’s something we are celebrating, like our birthday or passing an exam. It could be a photo we like and want others to see. When it’s NOT OK to shareOnline sharing isn’t always good. In fact, many social media posts can be unkind! These posts can hurt people badly. They may make others very unhappy or influence how they feel about themselves. Sometimes when people see such posts, they share them without thinking about the results. They might think, “I didn’t write it, so I am not responsible (负责的)” or “Everyone is sharing it, so it’s fine.” But these are not good excuses. When we are online, it’s necessary to understand and take our responsibilities—if not, we’d better not share at all. Next time you share something, think about the following questions: √ Is this content (内容) true √ Will sharing it hurt someone Would I want others to share my things like this Learning to share wisely can make social media a tool for kindness, not a way to hurt others.
56.What are the good points of social media according to the text

35.根据文章第四段中“All these peoples traveled along the Silk Road, and they shared goods, stories, languages and cultures.”

Dear Dave,
Welcome to China this summer! Located in East Asia, China has a population of 1.4 billion and covers 9.6 million km . It boasts a history of over 5,000 years.
In Beijing, I highly recommend the Great Wall and the Forbidden City. The Great Wall is the longest defensive wall globally, offering breathtaking views. The Forbidden City, the largest ancient palace, reveals royal secrets. I’ve been there twice and felt deeply amazed. In Suining, visit the Lingquan Temple and Guangde Temple.
