一、 文体特点
调查报告(a report)是对一个主题或问题下定义,收集相关资料和事实,以便尽量做到完整和精确的表达。一份报告应该包括分析、判断、结论和建议这几个部分。报告应简洁、易懂、准确、逻辑性强、描述性强及针对性强,用于说明、阐述某个事物、某种观点,以说服读者。
调查报告的基本结构:
第一部分:对题目中所给的现象和问题做一些客观的介绍。要交代所调查问题的基本情况,点明调查的结论。
第二部分:分析这些数据或事实反映出的问题。这部分是报告的重点内容,要写清事物的发生、发展过程及产生的影响、结果,可以按时间顺序写,也可以按问题性质从不同侧面来写。
第三部分:经过对事实进行分析,最后得出结论。也可以阐述作者个人的看法和建议。
写调查报告时,要记住两点:
一是要依据事实和数据,而非人们的看法;二是要运用所掌握的事实。
数据图表类的报告应注意:
1.首先应仔细研究题目以及提示信息,认清图表中的数字、线条、阴影等部分的变化趋势和走向,抓住其主要特点和关键信息,然后根据图表显示的中心信息确定内容层次以及主题句。
2.列出各段主题句。考生可以根据所给提纲或已知信息列出每段的主题句,为全文的展开做铺垫。
3.围绕主题句完成段落的展开。尽量做到主题明确、条理清晰、文字简练。
4.图表作文一般采用的时态为一般现在时,但如果图表中给出了具体的时间参照,考生则应对时态进行相应的调整。
数据性调查报告属于图表类作文的一种。图表类作文写作一般分三步:
第一步,开门见山地点明本图表所反映的主题;
第二步,分析数据间的主要差异及趋势,然后进行阐述;
第三步,归纳总结或发表评论。(有时第三步可省略)
旅游参观类的报告应注意:
1.这类报告首先要求考生把参观的整个过程完整地叙述出来,并对参观过程的所见、所闻进行详细描述。
2.既然是参观的报告,肯定是已经发生的事情,所以作文的主要时态应该是一般过去时。
3.旅游类报告的写法比较灵活,在描写景点的过程中可以抒发感情,夹叙夹议。
一篇好的旅游报告不仅能引导读者跟作者一起欣赏美丽的风景,使读者产生身临其境的感受,还能启迪人们的思想,陶冶人们的情操,给人以美的感受。
二、 常用句式
