1.课时教学目标
通过本课时学习，学生能够：
（1）理解人们可以通过旅行丰富知识、增长见识；
（2）运用本课时的核心词汇和句型谈论自己的旅行经历以及从中学到的知识。

运用本课时的核心词汇和句型谈论自己的旅行经历以及从中学到的知识。 Post-listening 学生观察图片，描述图片所涉及的不同旅行经历。之后朗读教师提供的对话示例，再根据示例两人一组进行对话，讨论：What’s your favourite kind of travelling What can you learn from it 根据学生完成的情况，了解其对旅行的认知，并评价其能否运用核心词汇和句型谈论自己的旅行经历以及从中学到的知识。
语音训练 1.学生听音频并跟读Phonetics in use及附录当中相应部分的内容。 2.学生跟读教材的两段听力材料，尝试模仿语音。 根据不同能力水平学生跟读的情况给予指导和鼓励。
作业内容： 必做： Write a short article about your favourite kind of travelling and what you can learn from it. 选做： Search for information about famous travellers in Chinese history and their works.
