There is no doubt that happiness is one of the best emotions in the world. When something makes you feel good, excited, or truly satisfied, you will feel happy. It's like a warm light that makes you smile and enjoy your life. Being happy also helps you relax.
What makes us happy changes as we grow. Kids find joy in simple things——— like playing with friends, getting a new toy, or having a little pocket money. However, adults care more about relationships, like spending quality time with family, having heart-to-heart talks, or supporting one another. For both kids and adults, staying calm when life gets hard can bring happiness too.
Scientists say that half of our happiness comes from genes(基因 ). Only 10% depends on things like money or jobs. The remaining 40% is up to us.
Sometimes, happiness and sadness mix together. For example, when you move to a new place, you might feel excited about your new house and future trips, and be sad to leave old friends.
In short, happiness is complex(复杂的) but wonderful. It comes from our heart and the relationships we care about. Try to understand it, and live a happy life.

Everyone wants to be happy. But the ways to find happiness—— especially when we' re with others—— can be quite different. 46.
First, think about our own feelings. Many people believe.“If you are happy, then I am happy too.”47. If we feel bad about ourselves, it's hard to help others feel happy. We need to take care of our own feelings first, just like putting on our own oxygen masks on a plane.
48. If we always say“yes” to everything that others ask us to do, even when we have difficulty in doing it, they may think we are pushovers(耳软心活的人). Then we may be busy doing a lot of things we are not good at. 49. A study shows that when we are in a bad mood for a long time, things can get worse.
Third, learn to share happiness. When we see someone feeling sad, we can try to make him or her happy with kind words or a smile. 50. If we hold a candle and use it to light another, there is more happiness!
A. Second, learn to say“no”. B. This can make us unhappy. C. So how can we stay happy D. Sharing our good feelings is like sharing light. E. But in fact, we should feel happy before we try to make others happy.

六、【高分范文】
It's normal that we suffer from stress in our daily lives. I felt stressed when I had a fight with my friend Lucy while working on our group poster project. She thought I didn't try hard, which made me so upset that I shut myself away for a day. I didn't want to talk to anyone. Later, I realized I had to deal with it. I told her that we should talk with each other to clear the air. I tried to explain that I just didn't know how to draw well, and she said she'd help me. We finished the poster soon.
This experience taught me that it's helpful to talk out problems. In future, I' ll never shut out troubles;talking works better.

Now, we always go fishing together. ⑥I feel calm when I am fishing.Third, I keep a diary. It's like talking to myself. This helps me feel better and less lonely.
