多为特殊疑问句(what/who/where/when/why/how)、一般疑问句
Is she happy —Yes, she is. / No, she isn’t.
2. 出现 only, all, never, everyone 等绝对词汇,大概率为错误。

Many people believe in the “five-second rule”—if you pick up dropped food within five seconds, it’s safe to eat. But is this true
Experts don’t think so. Schaffner, a food science professor, explains that bacteria (细菌) can move to food right away. “Bacteria don’t have legs. They move with the liquid (液体). The more liquid in the food, the more easily it gets bacteria, ” Schaffner says. For example, if a piece of watermelon falls on the floor, it might collect bacteria quickly. Even if you pick it up quickly, it could still be dangerous to eat.
Many people think that food dropped on a carpeted (铺有地毯的) floor is very dirty.
However, another expert, Professor Hilton, found that carpeted floors pass on fewer bacteria than hard surfaces (表面) like wood. This is because the top of a carpet keeps food away from bacteria that lie closer to the ground. Still, he warns people to be careful. Food on the floor can never be completely safe. But what if your food is dropped on the kitchen counter instead of the floor Dr. Dowshen, advises not eating such food as well. Raw (生的) meat or other foods can leave bad bacteria called salmonella (沙门氏菌) on the top. Food from a dirty counter could make you sick.
In the end, you can never be too careful about what you put in your mouth. When you’re not sure, it’s probably better to just throw it away.

Chinese people think honesty (诚实) is very important. Many stories throughout history show us the importance of this virtue. Let’s take a look at two of them.
The first story is about Ji Bu, a general (将军) in the Western Han Dynasty. Whenever Ji made a promise, he would do everything he could to keep it. People respected his honesty, and a saying widely spread, “It is better to have a promise from Ji Bu than to get lots of gold (黄金).” Later, the saying turned into an idiom, “A promise is worth (值) lots of gold.” Even today, we still use it to describe an honest person.
The other story is about a businessman named Li Daquan. During the Qing Dynasty, people mainly used gold, silver and copper as money. It was all heavy. Carrying a lot of money was also risky (有风险的) because people could be robbed. One day, a friend suggested that Li set up bank branches (分行) and use drafts (汇票). When people put their money in one branch, they would get a draft. They could then use the draft to get their money back from other branches.
Li liked the idea and acted quickly. Words soon got around. Li’s honesty in running his bank brought him many customers. His bank, called Rishengchang, grew to 35 branches across the country. As China’s first modern bank, it paved (铺设) the way for the banking system in the country.

Everyone has to give gifts at some time or another, and Ms. Post tells us just what to do in each situation (情况). Whether it is a birthday party for a friend, or coworker, there are some basic rules the gift-giver and the receiver should follow.
Giving money is a trouble among gift-givers. “When is it proper (恰当) When is it rude ” Some people see a gift of money as a sign of a gift-giver who is too lazy to go out and find a proper gift. However, this is not always the case. Sometimes money is better than a gift that the receiver does not need or cannot use. For example, people who must live on a low income (收入) may find a small gift of money as a wonderful present. For those who are uncomfortable with giving cash, gift cards to popular stores may also be a good choice (选择).
Giving flowers can be a wonderful gift for both men and women. For occasions such as weddings and dinner parties, flowers are often required. When going to a dinner party, a host or hostess may not have the time to run off and find a vase for fresh-cut flowers to put in brought by a thoughtful guest. Bringing the flowers in a prepared vase can save the host or hostess the trouble. If a gift of flowers seems not so good for a man to receive, a plant is another choice the gift-giver may consider.
Sometimes, the person holding the party may make it clear that no gift is needed or wanted. It is common sense (常识) that guests should do so. Guests who bring a gift may seem rude. The giving of a gift in these situations will only make the host or hostess and the other guests who follow the host’s or hostess’s suggestion uncomfortable. Be sure that you are not one of the rule-breakers.
28.What does the passage suggest as a good gift for a man instead of flowers
29.According to the passage, when shouldn’t guests bring a gift
30.Which one would you like to choose as a birthday gift, money or flowers Why
28.A plant. 29.When the host or hostess makes it clear that no gift is needed or wanted. 30.I would choose flowers because they are a thoughtful and beautiful gift suitable for any occasion.

I would choose flowers because they are a thoughtful and beautiful gift suitable for any occasion.

Surprisingly, food dropped on carpet might pick up fewer bacteria than on hard floors like wood, but food on the floor 22 . Food dropped on kitchen counters is also not safe.
