Last week, our school held a “Green School Project”. Our class joined in it by doing something meaningful as a team. Some of us wrote down the whole plan. Some prepared the necessary materials. As a result, we finished the work well in a short time. Of course, team activities aren’t always easy. In fact, they can be stressful if people don’t know how to work well together. Here are some tips to make teamwork successful.
Make sure everyone understands the goal of the project. There’s a saying, “If you don’t know where you’re going, you probably won’t get there.” So the clear goal is important. Before doing a class project, you need to check the goal and instructions carefully.
Teams work better when people have their own roles. For example, there should be a leader who helps everyone make decisions. There might also be a note-taker who writes down the team’s ideas during meetings, and a time-keeper to make sure people don’t waste time chatting.
For large projects, separate the work into smaller tasks. Team members can choose tasks they do well in or enjoy. Of course, you shouldn’t always do the same task. It’s good to try new things even if they’re difficult.
When you’re working in a team, respect is necessary. You’d better listen when others are speaking and don’t cut in. Do your part properly, so other members don’t have to do work for you. Finally, try to stay active and enjoy yourself. Everything is easier when you’re having fun!
31.How does the writer start the passage
A.By asking questions. B.By listing numbers.
C.By giving a fact. D.By telling an experience.
32.What should we do before doing a team project
A.Choose our favourite part of it.
B.Vote for the most suitable person for each role.
C.Check the goal and instructions carefully.
D.Give out tasks to everyone in the team.

A.Divide. B.Require. C.Advise. D.Provide.
34.What’s the structure of the passage (①=Paragraph 1...)

Teamwork is like magic and helps us achieve amazing things! No matter what we do, working together makes everything better. However, it is not always easy to be a good team. Let’s learn how to build a strong team together!
A good leader is the heart of a successful team. Leaders should cheer teammates up, listen to ideas, help solve problems and so on. For example, leaders can praise team members’ efforts and help them set clear goals. When leaders show kindness and confidence, team members will feel safe and encouraged.
Disagreements are normal in any team. When arguments happen, don’t run away! The best way is to solve problems face-to-face quickly. The leader should help people talk calmly and listen to their opinions instead of taking sides (站队).
The team leader must set a good example. If the leader arrives late or is tired of work, team members might follow. But if the leader works hard with a smile, everyone will feel encouraged. A leader’s spirit is like sunshine and lights up the whole team.
No matter what our age or job is, teamwork skills are so important. When we work together, we can get over challenges and create wonderful results. Let’s practise being good team members and leaders today.

例文
Enjoy Teamwork
Teamwork is important to teenagers. I still remember the basketball match which was held last term.
At first, our class was falling behind. However, we didn’t give up. We encouraged each other and worked closely as a team. Finally, we won the match. I felt really proud and excited. In my opinion, teamwork can make tasks much easier. What’s more, it helps us build strong friendships and learn from others.
Therefore, I strongly advise everyone to take an active part in team activities. Let’s enjoy teamwork and grow up together!
