We all need to eat to live. But food is more than just something that stops our hunger. What, where, when, how, and with whom we eat says a great deal about who we are. At the same time, what we do not eat also says something about us.
Eating habits send messages. Do you use chopsticks or a fork Do you eat everything on your plate Do you avoid some foods like pork These things send messages about who you are.
Most people think their own eating habits are normal. They might think others who eat differently are a little strange. But eating habits are not just personal choices. People often learn them from their family and culture from a very young age.
The foods we loved as children often stay special to us. They remind us of home and family. Maybe it is the special noodles Mum made, or the delicious cookies Dad baked. These foods don’t just taste good; they carry the great moments we share with our loved ones.

Third, if you want to bring a gift, some fruit or tea is a good choice. Remember not to open the gift at once when you receive one. Finally, talking about the weather or food is a good conversation topic. But don’t ask personal questions like age or weight.
I’m looking forward to your coming.
Yours,
Zhang Lin
